Yes, the economy is troubled and many companies are laying off employees, but we’re also facing a serious US labor shortage that will greatly impact the well-being of companies (large, medium and small) across the country. Smart companies, even in this downturn, are continuing to improve their efforts for managing, motivating and retaining their Millennial employees, because they are the future leaders for their success.
